The only way to get an appointment is to.phone at 8am.Not very flexible.

I came to have treatment for cellulitis on my leg.I was given antibiotics.Dressings were ordered for me which was great.But they did not arrive for over one week.Meanwhile the nurses,who were very nice were struggling to find something to dress my leg with. This apparently was because they have nowhere to store dressings at the surgery. I was surprised because I thought treatment for cellulitis would be standard.

I’m sure it’s no surprise for you to hear feedback about how difficult it is to get an appointment with a doctor and the process really doesn’t work - hopefully you are listening and will do something about it sooner rather than later. When the phone systems offer you to keep your place in the queue, hang up and someone will call back - that didn’t happen! Once you manage to finally get an appointment, it’s always a pleasure being seen by the drs and nurses who are always lovely and helpful

Been able to book me an appointment with a doctor whilst I was with the nurse - there were no appointments available. I had to complete an econsult to receive a text telling me the dr would call me at some point 5 days later. I’m grateful to be getting the call however the process seems crazy!

It has been much easier to get an appointment on the last two occasions and I have received one the same day last time for my chest infection and given antibiotics which I had requested. However I would like a thorough Check up being 73 but have never been offered this.

I would like more advice from my GP and on the last occasion with ref to my chest I requested wether a chest X ray was necessary. But DR or Nurseing sssistant rejected. The idea .
