Unfortunately this is based upon mine and experience from my immediate family which sadly has been terrible and extremely disappointing.

I was at a smear test appointment, sadly the bench was in the middle of the room, it was very narrow and made me feel very unsafe. I am not a huge person but if a lady was bigger in stature they would not want to use it !

Nurse seen was very helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease. The practice looked good after the re-fab

After checking in there could have been an indication as to which waiting room was suitable on the Auto Checkin

The doctor was amazing, very informative, listened to what we had to say and gave advice.

The receptionist took a while to find me a follow up appointment so had to call me which wasn’t a problem but it would have quicker for her just to do if there and then

Well it always involves waiting or being called back? Has gotten better over the past few months

Well on balance everything seems to work reasonably well.
