The service was perfect, thank you.

Normally getting appointments has been very difficult, this experience was much easier and my daughter received an appointment for the same day, in the past all appointments are gone even when calling at 8am.

Becauses too any people complain; I hope this balances out. I have always found the service / treatment excellent.

Not a regular (God thing I suppose)
Using the NHS app then calling for an appointment was very straight forward. Receptionist was very.polite and helpful when calling.
Saw Dr Laura Murray who was very good (credit to the surgery) and diagnosed my condition and prescribed the relevant medication.
Suggested improvements
Nothing, it was a smooth process.
