Mrs Oakley was a star. We were taken into the consulting room early, the syringing was over before it started. She was very reassuring.

Niki the Diabetic nurse is the kindest, most patient and knowledgable practitioner I have met in 20 years of this blasted condition. In my latest crisis she has been love, peace and hope and I can’t thank her enough.
You have also been brilliant sorting out my erratic insulin needs.

My son saw a doctor on Tuesday and was still no better the following day. I called up not thinking he would get seen again, but the receptionist was very helpful and able to fit him in.
