I saw a Nurse (Anne). We spoke at length about various issues concerning me. She made me feel at ease, wasn’t rushed, and she was very caring.
I didn’t have any interaction with receptionists this time, but I have found them to be very helpful in the past.
Issues still getting appointments, but when you do manage to get one, the care is excellent.
I come regularly for blood tests and they always fit me in on the day requested
I was sent a letter which I responded to by phoning the surgery, however, my appointment was with an HCA not a doctor so I can’t comment on what it’s like to book an appointment with a GP
Just popped in to have bloods taken. Checked in via the self service touch screens. Short wait, ushered through by the lovely Charlotte, a tiny scratch and a moment of witty banter later and I was on my way. Forgot to mention a guest appearance by the wonderful Denise. Always kind and helpful receptionists, clinicians and dispensary staff.
I did not receive a telephone appointment. The doctor did not call. I waited from 4.40pm until 6.30pm. I need to reorder cerazette urgently. Please advise
