I’ve not ever had a problem trying to get an appointment.

I’ve only just moved to the area so only needed to see the Dr once and the nurse once, both were very friendly and caring.

The service of the surgery was very smooth and straightforward. The physiotherapist I met was very professional and I came away feeling a lot more confident about my prognosis. I received an email full of exercises to do and I look forward to the results.

I tried for 3 days ringing at 8am only to be told that all the appointments had gone and to ring back tomorrow. On the 3rd day I rang back in the afternoon and explained that I had been admitted to hospital and needed to see the Dr to follow up as it was an emergency and a potential heart condition. I was offered an appointment 10 days later.

You need to have more appointments available to help tour patients!!
