I had an unnecessary e consult appt before seeing a doctor face to face.

I would like to have been offered other pathways rather than just being offered Statins for raised cholesterol. I am keen to change my diet and would appreciate advice being offered on ways to lower cholesterol naturally.

Have to ring at 8am or no chance of getting a same day appointment and also hard to get an appointment for a few days later.

Please make long term appointments available again. It's not always possible to ring at 8 every day

Needed them urgently last week but had to go through 111 again as nothing available but at my asthma clinic appointment she insisted I should have been seen and didn’t realise it just isn’t possible.
