Excellent service from Dr Saunders and her nurse. Put me at completely ease and ensured I was informed fully about the procedure, aftercare etc. I thank them both for the care I received.

Blood test, nurse done well Surgery was clean I didn’t go to reception when I came in I went to the self checking When I had my second to last appointment we booked my blood test then

Maybe when surgery is open put a a two way one for self check in and one for reception

You have to call at 8am as does everyone else and if no appointments available on the day you have to go through the same process the next day. The call waiting system has made it tolerable.

Your TV information video needs to be a larger print and in some a more distinct colour .

I have COPD that sometimes is a problem after a chesty cough, I have always managed to either talk or see a doctor without a problem with an appointment.

Reception staff are sometimes a lottery.
