I initially phoned in to book an appointment but was told by the receptionist to go to dr link. To begin with I was annoyed, but I completed the dr link and received a phone call within 10 minutes and an appointment was booked. Excellent service from the team at patford house. thank you

More information about dr link and the benefits it offers. its an amazing tool which is very user friendly.

I emailed Beversbrook to submit a photo of a lesion and asked if it needed further investigation. I was contacted the following day and offered an appointment at the surgery the next day.I was seen by Dr Bhatti who examined me and decided that I needed further investigation by a Consultant Dermatologist. The referral was made and I have received a hospital appointment. I am very happy with the whole experience and how quickly I was seenand referred onwards.

Yesterday I was advised to see my GP by my Physio who wrote an email confirming the need for me to see my GP. After the usual online procedure and a follow up phone call to Melanie in Calne I was given an appointment for the same day to see Dr Oraegbuna. Thank you to the staff at Patford House in helping me with the online procedure, Melanie for organising the appointment and also Dr Oraegbuna for seeing me. I feel completely satisfied with the care and advice shown to me.

I had an appointment with the surgery using the normal procedure which I do not find difficult considering everything in the NHS and the end result was just as I had hoped. I had a procedure at Beversbrook by Dr Church, and his nurse who were both professional and charming. My main point of contact was Patford House who were helpful and again professional. Thank you for everything you have done.

Suggested improvements
Nothing could have been done better as I understand the system. But maybe there could be more information as to how and why patients have to go through certain procedures to see doctors. Everyone knows things change - they just need reminders that the NHS has had to change as well.
