I had a brilliant experience at Patford House. Helpful receptionists booking my appointments. Wonderful nurse practitioner Fiona who took the time to properly listen to my problems and refer me to the right people.

When I was waiting to book in today I witnessed
another patient being rather rude to the reception staff. WHY!! Is there any need we all know it’s not their fault.

I had a appointment for pneumococcal vacine and whilst there I also had to book a medication review. The earliest appointment I could have was the 13th May, which I find ridiculous for a ten minute chat on the phone with a doctor. I also asked for some hearing aid batteries and was told to contact the audiology department at Bath as the surgery had no stock. This is an example of bad management and bad organisation.

As I was waiting for my appointment today the surgery was very busy after bank holiday, a member of your staff was sat with an elderly lady explaining how the new POD works, and how she would now have to order her scripts. How lovely, she listened to her life story which was very amusing.
