Recently I have had to seek medical advice/examination and arrange a number of appointments through the surgery. I feel compelled to provide real positive comments on my recent experiences at Patford House . Quick and concise information , arrangements of blood tests without any fuss and a feeling that I was was being cared for is very refreshing and I commend all the practioners/Doctors for the recent service I received at the surgery. Thank you.

Easy and quick to make the telephone appointment. The appointment itself was bang on time, professionally and courteously managed. Impossible to fault.

Earlier in the year I had an operation and since then i have had a few issues which have meant I have had to be in touch with the surgery on a number of occasions during the last 3 months. Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and understanding. Thank you very much.

I was a few minuets late for an appointment due to traffic. The traffic was being held at the end of patford Road, just outside the surgery....It was out of my control. I walked into reception and had to ring the bell as no one was there. I then was told to wait a minute. I did. I booked in, explained why I was a few minuets late and was told the clinician had cancelled my appointment because I was late and I would have to rebook. I was there for a routine and simple blood test. I've had them done in under 60 seconds before today. I felt I was being made an example of. I have waited to see doctors and nurses in the waiting room for hours in the past and haven't complained. I just feel this was really petty and could have been avoided. I travelled 15 mins to get to this appointment. I had to rearrange my work day to accommodate this appointment. I now have to do this all again! the next day I got a texted thanking me for attending the surgery and my blood results would be ready I'm a few days....YOU DIDNT EVEN TAKE BLOOD!!

This surgery have always listened and been responsive to my needs. The nurses and drs I have met have been both thorough and attentive. To date, I could not ask for more from this surgery.
