I phoned at 8.15am and was offerd an urgent appointment at 10.15am. No problem. The receptionist was very efficient and swift.

Both me and my husband have visited the surgery recently and have had very positive experiences, you are offered appointments very quickly and we were very impressed with this given the time of year.

Usually receptionists are smart very friendly and smile and are helpful -this occasion was slightly better than the last but it is always good to remember that it only takes 14 muscles to smile and 42 to frown!! Generally this isn't an issue

Appointments system a bit chaotic despite reminder texts etc, but good service and short wait when I did get an appointment. I saw a pleasant nurse who dealt with me quickly and efficiently without the appointment feeling rushed. Appointment was for asthma review and flu jab, and a repeat prescription was made out at the same time.
