I have been a patient at this surgery, with assorted doctors and at previous locations for over 25 years. I have always found staff there to be helpful and friendly and the medical staff to be sympathetic and willing to listen.
Very rarely have I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my appointment, usually I am seen within 10 minutes. the doctors apologise if I have been kept waiting - it happens; an apology makes all the difference. The surgery is always clean and tidy and the receptionists are polite and discreet.
I am very happy with the service I get there and would recommend this surgery to anyone.

The new phlebotamist is a credit to the surgery. Her approach to patients is lovely, and her personal skills are excellent. However, I feel the practice has suffered greatly since the retirement of Dr Bishop, and the sad death of Dr Sandford Hill.

Friendly helpful receptionists and excellent Doctors.
Patients are seen on time . Lovely clean modern surgery.
