All our family members that are registered with this practice have had very good service from all the staff at Beversbrook Health Centre. It is easy to get routine appointments either by phone or online and when an emergency appointment has been required for one of our family they have been fitted in quickly on every occasion. All in all very pleased with the centre.

As ever the Doctor and staff have been exceptionally helpful and supportive during a 3 year battle with Consultants to have an operation undertaken. It was their supportiveness which helped enormously. Our family has been with the practice since 1995.

I've always been able to get an appointment or call back when I've needed one and have always been dealt with in a courteous and friendly manner by everyone at the surgery. A big thank you to all the team for the excellent work they do.

I rate Beversbrook very highly. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. They do their best to accommodate one's needs for appointments and are quite happy and able, to answer any questions. The doctors and nursing staff are extremely good, knowledgeable and very caring. I would certainly recommend this surgery.

Wanted to see a Dr for my 6yr old son with a painful ear, had to wait too long for appointment so saw nurse, no problems with that but waited 2hrs to see her, an emergency contributed to part of the wait but not all of it. 2 weeks later had an appointment to see Dr with same son, waited for an hour but still one person ahead of me and I had a previous appointment that I had to keep, so, I made another appointment to see Dr in 2 weeks, so overall 5 weeks to see a Dr for a 6yr old. Disgusting!
