I know I can always get an appt if I need one that day. Surgery open for longer hours. Always treated with respect and conditions discussed properly. Usually short wait. Caring and friendly atmosphere. Feel I am getting good treatment. Don't prescribe antibiotics easily - a good thing!

This surgery is brilliant, not only are the staff really friendly and helpful, but they listen to you and try and find solutions to any problems if you are unable to get an appointment right away. They are all just Brilliant... They make you feel that you really matter.

The reception I received on entering the Centre was very welcoming, the same was felt when my Blood sample was taken, would definitely recommend Beversbrook Medical Centre.

Health check with nurse, on time, extremely efficient, friendly, explained all details of check. Asked if I had any concerns or questions. Initial contact with a surgery receptionist on the telephone to make appointment very helpful, although she was unsure of details involved in health check consulted a colleague and was able to give me all info I needed. However when I arrived for my appointment the receptionist on duty was very indifferent, no welcome, no smile, no please or thank you. There is no excuse for this behaviour as only two other people in waiting space, I`m assuming the receptionist was not rushed off her feet.

This is something which I have brought up with our Reception team who pride themselves on delivering a high standard of service to our patients both face to face and on the telephone. I cannot get an appointment at this surgery for over a week. I try to use the online system to reduce the administrative burden on the staff at the clinic but they do not seem to know how to use the system. They don't read the notes I provide and usually end up doing the wrong thing making it necessary for me to either visit the surgery to correct the error or phone the surgery. this is extremely inconvenient and makes a mockery of the online system.
