The Doctor was lovely but even though I had an appointment at 8 50am it was 25minutes late. My daughter had an appointment the other day and that ran very late too. I understand things happen but to be running so late by 8 50am, is not great!

Online system only offers you limited appointments at least a week in advance never on the day or next day They take over a week to take blood They do not inform you when blood test have not been processed Failed to add notes to my record failed to follow up X-ray They are understaffed

Dr Church is always a pleasure to see, he explains things well and very clearly, and listens to your concerns. I also love the fact that he has some toys in his consulting room which keeps my youngest child entertained. It's such a simple thing to do but it means that I can have an uninterrupted (!) conversation with him. I would definitely recommend the surgery, and Dr Church to anyone. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful and if I call with worries about the health of my children, I can always count on getting a phone call back from one of the doctors.
