I can always get a timely appointment and have recently had to attend several times. I have been treated very well and given good quality treatment. It would be difficult to suggest how improvements could be made.

I have found the surgery pleasant and helpful, with both receptionists and doctors very ready to listen to my concerns and act on them. I am delighted to have found the practice after moving to Calne 18 months ago.

Reception quite good. The doctor we saw however was very impatient with my toddler and didn't put him at ease at all

I had a little wait to see the nurse but there was a student nurse starting that day so hence the small delay. Overall happy with how I was treated.
