Thanks for your feedback, which is very helpful. I am sorry that you have found the new Doctorlink Triage service has not met your needs. We are using Doctorlink to ensure that patients are offered a timely appointment by the most appropriate clinician. On the whole this is working very well and our Patient access has greatly improved as a result. However, like any new system we appreciate there are probably going to be some teething problems and we are grateful for the patience and support of our patients whilst we implement this. Hearing about experiences such as yours is useful to us and to the developers of the website so that we can make the system useful for all patients. I am sorry you feel this way about our Reception team and would very much like to hear what went wrong for you so that we can review your experience and our team can use it as a learning need. We feel here at Beversbrook that our brilliant workforce are what makes us a great Practice and each staff member goes through extensive training throughout the course of their career here at the Surgery and continue their development through learning and reflection with their own personal learning plan.
