As an army wife I have encountered a number of GP practices over the years and Beversbrook is by far the best. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and the doctors and nurses have been fantastic everytime I have visited. Nothing seems to be too little to them. The online system is excellent for booking appointments and my baby has always been seen on the day when needed.

The doctor was really caring and understanding where most doctors in other places have shrugged it off. Came away feeling pleased with the next steps and outcome.

New to the area and not knowing about local doctors I chose randomly and was waiting to see how I would get on. I found that I could not have chosen better and have been very impressed at the care and attention I received. No doubt about it, a reassuring experience and one I am very grateful for.

Thanks for your review - we really value your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have found it difficult to get an appointment. We do try as much as possible to make sure that our patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician in a timely manner and I apologise that you feel that this has not been your experience. January has been a very busy month due to pressures felt throughout the NHS but we are still trying to ensure that we offer an excellent level of clinical care that we possibly can.
