After the procedures online my apt was made and everyone was helpful. Times are changing and new procedures gets results. It’s a shame our NHS staff have to put up with difficult reactions when the procedures have not been made.
Suggested improvements
Maybe consider giving the post code on messages giving the apt details so you know exactly where is.
