I have been told after a blood test that I needed a face to face appointment with a doctor to discuss. This was on the 16th February and after chasing 3 times I still have not received one. This is totally unacceptable and am still none the wiser as to why my blood test is abnormal or or any further treatment. My only option is to take this matter higher. The surgery was great when it was just Patford house the merger has `brought the standards down and to see a doctor is impossible. Something needs to be done and soon.

Give out face to face appointments when asked for
