I phoned the surgery concerning a viral infection and was immediately phoned back by the triage nurse. She was extremely helpful and suggested I should visit the surgery to see her, which I did within the next hour. The triage nurse was very thorough and gave me a full MOT - nothing was too much trouble and the consultation was not rushed in any way. She confirmed the infection was viral and gave me some suggestions on how the infection could be managed more comfortably. I can't fault the service I received at all and would not hesitate to recommend the surgery as a whole, we are very lucky to have such an excellent facility in our home town.
