The reception staff are always so lovely and helpful. Using the Doctor link app really helped us get the appropriate care. Due to the time of day I then had to use the 111 system to get my daughter to see an out of hours GP.
I was really impressed that the surgery contacted me the following day to see if we needed a follow up appointment.
That was really going the extra mile.
