Thanks for your review - we really value your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have found it difficult to get an appointment. We do try as much as possible to make sure that our patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician in a timely manner and I apologise that you feel that this has not been your experience. January has been a very busy month due to pressures felt throughout the NHS but we are still trying to ensure that we offer an excellent level of clinical care that we possibly can.
