Why is it so hard to get an appointment? I have tried to contact via patches-as the receptionist advised. (I’m still unsure why she wasn’t able to just book me one when I asked her.) I’ve called and can never get through and no one calls back on the call back option. I ended up leaving a note on my prescription. A week later I then got an appointment sent via text which I can’t attend due to work. But I can’t cancel it or request it’s changed without calling and then I’m on hold for over an hour. A month later and still no appt and I’ve had to stop taking the meds I want to discuss due to their side effects. Your star ratings give an un realistic view as they ask about cleanliness of the surgery etc not the actually running of it which is dreadful.
