It's was very difficult and frustrating today trying to get an appointment. I rang today and was direct to use doctor link, although didn't really want to. When I did I was very surprised that it actually worked. I was contacted with an appointment within the time that I was told. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
Answer the phones in a timely manner without being kept waiting.
