Waiting times are terrible 40 mins after appointment everytime

Hi there, Thank you for this feedback, it's really helpful. As Practice Manager of Beversbrook, I am disappointed to hear about your experience re waiting times. Sometimes clinics run late despite our clinicians making every effort to keep to time. To help, our Reception Staff are trained to give patients an idea regarding likely waiting times when they check in.
