I was contacted about a flu jab and booked the appointment upon attending the appointment I was turned away advising that I was not eligible despite having one every year for the past 3 years, it was a waste of my time and clearly the records are incorrect

Suggested improvements
Ensured that the records were accurate and upto date this isn’t the first time I have wasted my time attending an appointment that wasn’t accurate
