Wanted to see a Dr for my 6yr old son with a painful ear, had to wait too long for appointment so saw nurse, no problems with that but waited 2hrs to see her, an emergency contributed to part of the wait but not all of it. 2 weeks later had an appointment to see Dr with same son, waited for an hour but still one person ahead of me and I had a previous appointment that I had to keep, so, I made another appointment to see Dr in 2 weeks, so overall 5 weeks to see a Dr for a 6yr old. Disgusting!
