I no Covid has had an effect on most services but the standard of service that Beversbrook offers seems to have plummeted. You get pushed into completing App based questionnaires, all form of appointment booking have been removed except over the phone and the wait on the phone is extraordinary. Then the person who answers glibly tells you that the long wait was perfectly acceptable. Systm online is now reduced to just a messaging service with no ability to book appointments. Repeat prescriptions messed up. No blood tests. And to cap it all the Beversbrook website which was at least business like has now been superseded by the Patford house one which looks like it was designed by a child, and despite all the buttons has no useful information like Flu jabs or Covid boosters instead we are encouraged to Like them on Facebook, or leave a Review. There is zero actual help or information available just links to other websites, or details of all the people who work there who we will never get to meet.. Well this is my review. You are doing poorly.

Suggested improvements
If you are only going to communicate via phone then get more people answering phones. If you cannot do that then open up online bookings again. I could not even check online what the time of an appointment I had was, and I could not get through on the phone to confirm the time either as nobody was answering.
