Dr. Church was, as always, prepared to listen, was efficient, caring, and thoughtful. I could not fault his attitude, The receptionist was welcoming and pleasantly apologized for the fact that the doctor was running a little late. Since "one man's meat is another man's poison" where a choice of music is concerned, might it be better to remove the background music?

Response from Beversbrook Medical Centre

Thank you so much for your feedback and I am very pleased to hear your comments regarding Dr Church and my Reception colleague. I quite agree with regards to music being a matter of personal taste. We have found that BBC Radio Wiltshire is a favourite amongst most patients who say they prefer to listen to the radio whilst waiting. Obviously, we can't please everyone and hopefully our patients aren't waiting too long for it to become a problem. However, if you feel that the radio is a distraction and would prefer to have it turned off whilst you are waiting, please ask the Receptionist, who will be happy to oblige. Many thanks.
