I would not give this one star if I had the choice. The system for appointments is shambolic. We now have to try and contact the receptionist (impossible unless you visit in person) who then initiate another level of bureaucracy. A third third party is supposed to send an e mail with suggested dates. My wife did this. Nothing received after 5 days. Visited again. Nothing received after 3 days. We phone 111 - get an appointment for next day at Sutton Benger which is miles away but better than nothing. Ms Taylor I have read the feed back going back to 2021. It does not make good reading and you are not new now.

All of it. My name is Cliff Bassett by the way - not anonymous so you cannot leave the excuse that you can do nothing about contacting me. I am happy for you to do so.
