my son had appointment yesterday 2/4/19 at 1:20pm they prescribe him with antibiotics!! today 3/4/19 STILL wait for the medication!!!!!

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear this. We normally send our prescriptions via electronic transfer to the pharmacy of your choice. You can always check the status of any prescriptions through your Systm Online account, we can also provide you with proxy access for your son. You may be interested to know that you can also message us through Systm Online with any queries, for example to check if medication has been prescribed or to let your GP know if your symptoms have changed or persisted.
