8th june 2023. I had great result at aylesford medical centre .
With reason to see a GP for worrying eye problem. I went to aylesford medical practice to try seeing someone,
The receptionist was cheerful very helpful and arranged for me to wait and see the doctor.
The doctor was very reassuring and has requested an urgent clinic appointment to see an eye specialist.
I also had a prescription problem with out of stock items , chemist unable to help find alternative or a date for new stock .I found another chemist who had my list of drugs available . The required new prescription and procedure and protocol was explained and expedited by the prescriptions clerk. Who took the time to deal with my worries.
I managed all my concerns and had all my queries dealt with so i am very pleased to say . i personally say thank you team 5 stars
My overall experience was very good.
Difficult to get an appointment but when you finally do, care is excellent.
the improved interaction of late is much improved .
i feel confidant if i need help there is a pathway . totally aware i am not the only
person who needs help and resources are difficult. however i have had good
attention and follow up advice from all concerned.
I am writing regarding my recent interaction with the surgery as it is under new management.
I phoned last week in the afternoon and spoke to a receptionist, Safiyah, and explained that I would like a face to face appointment, but it was not an emergency. I was given an appointment for this week and on arrival I was greeted by Safiyah. My appointment was on time with the GP and I am having further investigations and will then have a phone consultation to discuss results and further actions.
I am very pleased with this first contact and hope that it bodes well for the future of the practice.
