I had an appointment with a nurse for blood pressure, weight and blood tests I was invited to have this done through a text message. Unfortunately I was 5 minutes late and by the time I was let in ,as the door was locked it made the time tick to 7 minutes late. I apologised to the lady who came to the door. She asked who I was booked in with but I wasn't given a name. she took my date of birth and went off, coming back saying the nurse was too busy and to re.book, then showing me to the door. It was a shame the lady didn't show much empathy.

Nothing really....the lady may of been having an off day and I shouldn't of been late!

I found it easy to get an appointment for a blood test The blood test was undertaken quickly and efficiently I cannot suggest any improvements which can be made

My family and I have been long term patients of this surgery and have always found the service provided to be very good despite the challenges of Covid , staffing difficulties and IT failures. Over recent times the changes made to contacting the surgery have further improved things and made access to the various services much easier. I would especially like to both thank and praise the reception team who despite working under tremendous pressure are always very helpful and kind. Thank you !!!
