My family and I have been long term patients of this surgery and have always found the service provided to be very good despite the challenges of Covid , staffing difficulties and IT failures. Over recent times the changes made to contacting the surgery have further improved things and made access to the various services much easier. I would especially like to both thank and praise the reception team who despite working under tremendous pressure are always very helpful and kind. Thank you !!!

Not always by phone but to go into the surgery and book an appointment is fine. Very helpful receptionists.

I telephoned the surgery recently because having checked on my request for medication I found that it had disappeared - the receptionists dealt with the issue well saying that this W’s the second similar complaint she had received - I note that this is also the second time I have had the same issue

There appears to be a fault with the software or IT infrastructure that could lead to serious consequences if critical medication is not supplied in time
