I felt listened to by the GP and felt she had my best interests at heart when diagnosing my onward treatment
Efficient receptionist made it easy for me to have a speedy appointment which I greatly appreciated

Can only get to see a particular doctor weeks in advance. If you ring on the day, you can't always get an appointment.
