Appointment was for removal of a coil. I did manage to get an appointment on the basis that I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and was advised to have it removed. The appointment was on time and pleasant enough but noticeably somewhat impersonal.

There appears to be limited for any personal interaction. When my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer 12 years ago ( at a different area and surgery) the doctor called per personally. I have received a letter from the surgery offering a telephone call at the end of July) which is good.

I found the receptionist very helpful. I was given an appointment on the next mole clinic. This was somewhat in the future but as it wasn’t urgent this didn’t really matter.

For this particular problem other than running more lists, nothing really.

I was quite anxious, doctor took time to explain everything and put me at ease

Follow up appt not available for 6 weeks which seems a long time but can't be helped I know.

One needs to master the new system first. Once this stage is over understood the future looks improved over the previous system.

Understanding the categories, appointment or further assistance is not clear.

Was given convenient appointment & seen on time. Was treated courteously in a spotless room. Blood taken painlessly and good blood pressure reading shared with pleasure.
