Went reception to book my second shingles injection, hand in a prescription and find if any action was needed following a blood test. Janice was brilliant. I got a jab appointment for a few days later. She took my 'script and told me I had been sent a text setting up a liver scan. Donna who did the jab was friendly and efficient.

The practice nurse I saw was very disinterested, told me she doesn’t like dealing with ears which was what the appt was for, was made to feel I was wasting her time. Couldn’t answer my question about B12, said to go and ask a pharmacist and told me to make an appt with a doctor as I think I have a prolapse but didn’t ask me why I think this etc Really disappointed as the nurses o have seen before have been excellent
