I recently switched to this surgery from another local surgery, and I honestly wish I'd done it sooner! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. As a first time mum it's a bit daunting going to the appointments by myself with my son but the staff always make me feel at ease straight away. Hes having his vaccinations currently which I also was nervous about doing, but the nurse that has been doing them is also very friendly aswell and makes me feel comfortable which in turn makes my son feel comfortable through the experience. So I would just like to say thank you to the surgery (avisford).

I start ringing just before 830, then when get through, still 17th in line! No matter what time of day i ring, there"s at least 7 in queue before me.

I haven’t tried to make an appointment yet at this surgery.

Vicki was very courteous and respectful. She was very helpful with my enquiry. She followed it up and got back to me later that day.
