Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment for more urgent conditions but long term appointments seem easier to access than previous years.

Window sill opposite suggestions box sticks out making it uncomfortable to sit whilst waiting.

Excellent care given. Haven't rung the surgery recently myself but the online consult was answered swiftly and caller was lovely!
