Getting through on the phone was tricky but once I got to speak to a receptionist, she was kind and helpful and managed to make the correct appointment for me

More staff to manage the phones in the mornings

I was expecting to receive treatment from a physio so was surprised to receive triage. No problem- just not expecting to go through this step

I am very happy with the service at Avisford. All the staff are very helpful and keep you informed on any appointments and test results.

Maybe think about opening on a Saturday morning for urgent appointments and advice. Otherwise very happy with the service.

When I tried to get an appointment over the phone I was number 20 in the queue after over half hour I was number 5 and then got cut off, I redialed immediately and was number 18. I rang at different times after 11am as requested, it's not easy for me to just pop into the surgery

Maybe have a better way for patients using the telephone, it does get expensive when you have to keep ringing in and hanging on
