Have more people to answer the phones so the waiting time to get to the head of the queue is not so long

I was expecting a call from a GP and gave up waiting and managed to drive to the surgery and see him after he finished his chat with another member of staff.

Time keeping, plus follow up calls, as I was asked to keep a diary of the results, which I have done, but no one has ever asked for the information.
