Generally a good surgery with excellent medical staff, however over the years I have found reception staff a little less than facilitating and have felt the need to flag reception practice on occasions where it was made difficult for me to see a doctor after running out of prescribed antidepressants.
I had an appointment today with Dr Lakshmi Rajah. She discussed a chronic condition I have in a very kind and open minded way. Very pleasant manner which inspires confidence.
Receptionists usually very helpful, particularly one cheery fair-haired one who greets me with a smile and remembers my name.
The waiting room could do with a bit of attention: torn chair covers and stained (but clean) carpet.
All staff are good and efficient.
I usually see Dr. Lowes and nurses as and JRF all very good.
Complaint.
The chair seats are in very bad condition and need replacing (only about six of them).
Would you accept this standard at home).
I'm happy wit the process of getting an appointment with a Dr. Also I feel confident that my treatment i well considered. I feel welcome and while the Drs have to be efficient and speedy.
I am given time to discuss whatever is wrong with me.
The GP was most helpful.
A pleasure to be her patient.
