Appointments - always able to obtain appt on day of request. Professionalism - caring Drs, sympathetic and constructive advice. Receptionists - friendly, fair, communicative and helpful. Environment - always spotlessly clean and uncluttered. Communication skills - excellent. Having attended this surgery for 54 yrs - these staff have seen me through life's traumas and bereavements. I had always received excellent care. I am an NHS staff member myself.

Fantastic service and care this morning. Phoned 8.15 appointment offered for 9.30 arrived at 9.23 seen 9.25 and out before my booked appointment! Really feel my GP listens and gives concise and clear info. Text confirmations are great addition and hopefully will resolve the shockingly high DNA's reported by PPG. Great improvement in reception.

Ease of making appointment in time. Always happy to explain problems/treatments. 10 mins consultation, as opposed to some surgeries only allowing 6 minutes.

I have used Ashlea Practice for two years whereupon I was new to the area and have found all the staff efficient, friendly and helpful . I very rarely have to wait long to be seen which is something I noticed immediately. I am most satisfied the way the surgery is presently run. It would be a bonus to be able to partake of a nice cold drink of water in the waiting room.
