Just wanted to say a huge thankyou. I called at lunchtime today to book an appointment for my daughter who had a very swollen ear. I was so pleased to be given an appointment that afternoon at such short notice. We saw Dr. Chitambara who was amazing with my daughter. She is really nervous going near the doctors since having her jabs but she loved him and said she doesn't mind going again if she can see him (she is 3 so this is high praise indeed). I'm so impressed with this surgery. Since moving to a Ashtead at the end of last year we have needed appointments a few times and have always felt very well looked after. We've seen several different doctors including Dr. Avelini, and have found them all to be just lovely, the nurses and the receptionists too. I feel the NHS takes a lot of criticism at times but less frequently gets the praise it deserves. Keep up the good work, you're providing the people of Ashtead with a fabulous service.

Great care from everyone. Reception ladies are wonderful and the Dr I saw (Patel) was very good and answered all our questions throughly - thank you, it's a shame I have to leave!
