Mr Ellis ensured that he had the full facts of my case from listening, physical examination and technical diagnosis. He took great care to ensure the best treatment was provided and fully explained the problem, the treatment/operation required and possible outcomes.
The post operative care received from him has to date been attentive and exemplary.
I feel very fortunate to have been treated by this excellent surgeon and his team at KIMS. I would of course recommend him to anyone requiring knee surgery.

Mr Ellis listened very carefully to the issues I had with my knee following an operation I had elsewhere. We took time to decide the best way forward without rushing to have another operation. After a few months the pain continued and following a further Xray we decided that the best way forward was to have arthroscopy of the knee. Everything was carefully considered and I am confident we have made the right decision to have further surgery. I feel very much in safe hands.

Not rushing into surgery is usually the best initial option as often knee symptoms can be controlled through other means. I walked away from my appointment with Mr Ellis on cloud nine. He didn't dismiss my problem because I was too young or overweight like I had been before. He listened to me, to the problems I'm having walking and living a normal life.

I consulted Mr Simon Ellis in June for an ongoing knee problem caused by osteo-arthritis. He was helpful, clear in his explanations, prepared to spend the time explaining the problem and its treatment, and answered all my questions. I am confident that the complete knee replacement to be carried out soon will go well and that any my treatment will be entirely satisfactory. I'll report further when the operation has taken place.
