Thank you so much for this review. Often a visit to a doctor raises anxiety and is stressful. I try very hard to give each patient the most positive experience possible. I am delighted that this happened for you. With kind regards Simon Ellis

I write to thank Mr Ellis for the care and kindness that he has given to me from consultation, surgery and during my recovery following my knee replacement. As anyone who has had a knee replacement would tell you, this procedure impacts every part of your life and without his dedicated help and support, it would have been so much more difficult. Six months on, I am now back on my feet, walking, almost pain free and the envy of many of my peers who are struggling to keep up with me during our exercise sessions.

I had a consultation with Mr. Ellis regarding my knee, who I found to be very professional, he instantly put me at ease and able to talk to him. His advice was that I had a knee replacement done, this procedure was carried out by Mr Ellis and his team. He care and attention to detail was of a very high standard and his advice and guidance first class. I found him to be friendly and very likeable which decreased my anxiety.

Having some concerns about the exercises I have to do following my full knee replacement, I asked Mr Ellis to contact me. He was kind enough to phone to same day and discussed all my concerns. His explanations were clear and he made several very useful suggestions which I will follow up. He is very easy to talk to and gives plenty of time for questions and answers. I have full confidence in him and in a satisfactory outcome.
