Mr Young undertook ACL reconstruction for my 13-year-old son, who is an elite athlete in two sports and had fears of a reconstruction damaging his sporting life. All I can say is James has been incredible! He took time before the surgery to allay my son's concerns, answering questions and giving him a sense of calm. Post-surgery, he and his Assistant Tess (who is one of the loveliest humans you will meet) ensured that my son was booked into appointments in advance and regularly checked upon. Mr. Young has been open, honest and refreshingly transparent about the recovery process and what to expect. We wish we had never been in the position to need an ACL reconstruction at age 13 but, we are eternally grateful for the care and professionalism from Mr. Young and his team. We truly would not recommend anyone higher. A consummate professional and a genuinely warm, knowledgable personality. Thank you and your team for everything!

I was recommended to see Mr James Young by my physio after finding out I had ruptured the ACL in my right knee from playing football. I am so pleased that I had the recommendation as Mr Young was excellent. I was extremely nervous as this was the first operation (hopefully the last) I have ever had undertaken. James reassured me at all times from the moment I met with him to the operation and afterwards. My knee is so much better, I have no pain anymore and every day get stronger. My scar is very small and I am now very pleased I had it undertaken. KIMS were superb in my care and also ongoing physio.
