Excellent,listened to my needs and he explained about the medication and how it can affect my kidneys. Also explained alternative and how to use.Prescription arranged and checked on who I had to help me at home.Even arranging a bone density scan. Exceeded my expectations

I went to see Dr Higgs-Bayliss about a mole on my back. He explained what is was he sawand took pictures to show me what the mole looked like so I could check for changes.

Dr Higgs-Bayliss has a calm and professional manner which inspires confidence and he speaks clearly, giving advice and suggestions in a way I can easily understand. I was particularly impressed by the fact that he acted immediately on his promise to send me further information about my condition. I received the information via text when I arrived home after my appointment + can now study it st my leisure
